No Returns Policy for Prenatal, Breastfeeding, Supplements and Downloaded Content
We at Janai Meyer Nutrition and Lactation, LLC strive to provide high-quality products for our customers’ health and wellness needs. Due to the nature of our prenatal, breastfeeding, supplement, and downloaded products, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items once they have been purchased.
In the case of a manufacturing defect or damage, please contact the manufacturer directly.
We understand the sensitivity and importance of these products for your personal health and well-being. For safety and hygiene reasons, we adhere to a strict policy against accepting returns or exchanges on these items.
Exceptions:
- For unopened items that are in their original packaging and condition, we may consider returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase at our discretion, subject to a restocking fee and provided that the product has not expired or reached its use-by date.
Non-Returnable Items Include (but are not limited to):
- Opened or used products.
- Breastpumps, bottles, and breastfeeding supplies.
- Supplements
- Downloaded Content
- Products without original packaging or tags.
- Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales.
Refunds:
Refunds for eligible returns will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
